Research

Geometry of Banach spaces

My work connects functional analysis with combinatorics, metric geometry, and descriptive set theory.

Current themes include coarse and Lipschitz embeddings, classification problems for spaces of continuous functions, and the asymptotic structure of Banach spaces.

Nonlinear geometry

Coarse and Lipschitz embeddings, nonlinear classification, and universality phenomena.

Asymptotic structure

Spreading models, asymptotic models, subsymmetric sequences, and the Lebesgue property.

Linear structure

Spaces of continuous functions, Banach–Mazur distances, operator ideals, and bases.
